Investment Preferences

Tietgen Invest primarily seeks partnerships with ambitious and growth-ready companies in Denmark and Sweden. Originating from these companies, investments in other countries can naturally also be considered.

We focus on companies with documented results, growth potential, a certain maturity, and a proven business model.

Flexibility in Ownership Shares, No Rigid Exit Strategy

Tietgen Invest enters partnerships both as minority and majority shareholders. We are comfortable with both, as partnership is our main focus. We believe that the outcome of an investment only will be in favor of all parties, when we set the goals as equal partners.

We have no predefined exit strategies. We stay as long as it makes sense, and as long as we can contribute positively to the development of the company.
